Setting up an Appointment
Setting up an appointment is easy! The first step is to call us at (949) 270-2902. We make every effort to have an actual person answer your call. When you call to inquire about becoming a new client, our assistant will transfer you to an intake coordinator to answer any questions you may have. If you decide to setup an appointment, we will schedule a time that is convenient for you. Appointments can be requested for the first available opening, for a specific day/time, and/or for our waitlist to be notified if an earlier opening becomes available.
Availability and Hours
Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 6:00 pm. We are available during normal business hours by appointment only; we do not accept walk-ins. We are closed on some National Holidays; inquire with our staff for specifics.
Insurance Information
We do not accept health insurance at our office. If you have a PPO health insurance plan you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for your visits depending on your coverage. We do not submit insurance claims, but we do provide a superbill that you may be able to use to submit a claim with your insurance. If you are uncertain about your coverage, please check with your health insurance provider prior to scheduling an appointment.
Fee Information
Please call us for specific fee information. Fees are due prior to the start of appointments. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.
